I. Project: Central Heating System of Weinan City
II. Enterprise: Heat Energy Co.Ltd of Weinan city
III. Project Description: This project mainly consists of the
Heating Source Project and 28 km of steaming pipes in the urban
area, 20 first class fizz water-exchanging stations. The system
will cover a circle of 7.0 km of diameter, with 12 square km
of are. In summer, the heating capacity will be 100 T/H and 200
T/H in winter. Up till now, we have finished the digging of the
underneath channels in Cangcheng Road, Sanxian Road and Dongfeng
Street and the heating pipe system in the living areas now being
thoroughly carried out.
IV. Plan of Investment and Financing: The total investment will
be 126 million RMB, and we have invested 70 million RMB on our
own. For the other 50 million RMB, we need a foreign investment.
V. Market Analysis and Benefit Prospect: When finished, this
project will bring an annual sale of 46.64 million RMB with a
profit of 7.1 million RMB and a tax of 1.21 million RMB. The
profit rate is 9.42% and the investment will be got back in 9.6
years. When realized, the Central Heating System in Duqiao area
will take the place of 135 coal-fueled small boilers, which will
save 45 to 66 thousand tons of coal yearly, and reduce the pollution.
It brings you not only money, but also a better environment.
VI. Project Procedure: The workable report of this project has
been signed by the Shaanxi Planning Department in the 404th document
in 1999.
