III. Project Description: This project adopts the world update
technique of gasifying LPG mixing air. The LPG will be provided
to users after being gasified and mixed with air proportion in
pipelines. The facilities are mainly imported from USA, France & Japan,
the rest are the advanced products made in China. We set the
scale at 3000 users, providing 4.5 million m3/year. The project
consists of gasoline station (in 40 Chinese acres), main pipelines
and branch pipelines (40 km) and some other auxiliary projects.
The construction period will be 3 years.
IV. Plan of Investing and Financing: Total investment will be
51 million RMB. The first period needs 21 million RMB. The investment
merging proportion and cooperation way is up to the face-to-face
negotiation.
V. Market Analysis and Benefit Prospect: Shangzhou city is not
only the center of politics, economy and culture in Shangzhou
Area, but also an city opening to the outside world. The city
has 120,000 residents, 20,000 family units. By 2010, it will
develop into a mid-level city with population 300,000. As is
seriously resource lacking, this project will bring a very bright
future to the market. The project complementation will bring
13.8 million RMB sales benefits, with taxes 4.92 million RMB.
VI. Project Development: The pre-construction work is ready.
The civil construction has been spread. The main project has
been carried out. 1.2km main pipeline networks have been paved.
10 million RMB has been invested.
